Last updated July 26, 2026. This page explains the present website and service approach in plain language. A written estimate, authorization, invoice, or plan agreement may add terms specific to a particular job.
What this means before you authorize service.
Technology work can involve devices, files, accounts, remote access, third-party services, and changing technical conditions. Clear permission and a written scope protect both the customer and the technician.
Estimates, scope, and authorization
A website request begins a conversation; it does not create an appointment or authorize access, diagnostics, repair, purchasing, remote control, monitoring, account changes, or recurring charges. Scope, pricing, timing, parts, and any material changes are confirmed directly. Hidden damage, failed components, licensing limits, unsupported systems, or new symptoms may require a revised recommendation or estimate.
Customer authority and preparation
You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each device, account, network, software license, and data set presented for service. Disclose drops, liquid, electrical events, prior repair, encryption, malware, scams, remote access, and important-data concerns. Maintain a current independent backup whenever the device is stable enough to do so unless backup or recovery is specifically included in writing.
Results, third parties, and practical limits
Diagnostics, repair, malware cleanup, updates, account work, and data recovery involve uncertainty; no particular result or complete recovery is guaranteed. Parts, software, subscriptions, manufacturers, cloud platforms, internet providers, and payment services may have separate warranties and terms. A signed estimate, work authorization, or service agreement controls if it contains terms specific to the work.
Confirm the decision in writing.
- The correct customer, device, account, or organization
- The approved diagnostic, repair, remote, monitoring, or project scope
- Price factors, deposits, third-party purchases, and approval limits
- Backup status, important data, access, and known risk
- How changes, completion, pickup, billing, or cancellation will be communicated
