Last updated July 26, 2026. This page explains the present website and service approach in plain language. A written estimate, authorization, invoice, or plan agreement may add terms specific to a particular job.
What this means before you authorize service.
Technology work can involve devices, files, accounts, remote access, third-party services, and changing technical conditions. Clear permission and a written scope protect both the customer and the technician.
Enrolled devices, managed EDR, and visible status
Home Cyber Care applies only to compatible computers and customers confirmed during enrollment. Approved tools include managed endpoint detection and response and may include managed antivirus, patching, health monitoring, and remote-support components. They may report device identity, online status, operating-system and update information, security-product status, endpoint activity telemetry, detections, investigation information, alerts, hardware-health signals, and supported response actions. Enrollment does not authorize casual browsing of personal files or continuous observation of everything a customer does.
24/7 security review, response, and remote access
A third-party security operations team reviews managed EDR detections around the clock and may perform supported investigation, isolation, containment, or remediation actions when enabled and appropriate. This does not make Leon’s general technical-support line a 24/7 help desk or guarantee an immediate response to every non-EDR alert. An attended remote-support session begins only for an agreed purpose after the customer and scope are confirmed. Some incidents require customer participation, hands-on work, account-provider action, law enforcement, insurance, or a separately scoped specialist.
Provider disclosure, cancellation, and removal
The enrollment agreement identifies the current managed-security provider, approved tools, plan, price, billing timing, supported devices, included support, report recipients, response authority, and cancellation terms before installation. Providers or tools may change with appropriate notice. When service ends, management tools are removed or removal instructions are provided as appropriate. Managed protection reduces risk and improves response but cannot guarantee prevention, detection, containment, or recovery from every scam, threat, failure, outage, or user action.
Confirm the decision in writing.
- The correct customer, device, account, or organization
- The approved diagnostic, repair, remote, monitoring, or project scope
- Price factors, deposits, third-party purchases, and approval limits
- Backup status, important data, access, and known risk
- How changes, completion, pickup, billing, or cancellation will be communicated
