Know what you have, who owns it, and what should happen first.
The Small Business IT Baseline is designed for an owner-led organization that depends on Microsoft 365, computers, files, scheduling, payments, or customer records but does not employ full-time internal IT.
$495 onsiteup to 10 users, 15 endpoints, and one location
$395 remote-only when the environment can be reviewed securely without travel or hands-on infrastructure work.
The fee is credited toward onboarding when an appropriate managed agreement begins within 30 days.
What the Baseline reviews.
The purpose is to create a reliable starting point—not to manufacture fear or promise that a business is secure.
People and responsibility
Users, administrative ownership, onboarding, offboarding, outside vendors, and who responds when something stops working.
Endpoints and lifecycle
Supported computers, operating systems, age, replacement risk, patch status, endpoint protection, and common configuration patterns.
Microsoft 365 and identity
Licensing context, administrative access, multifactor authentication, common account issues, and employee transition practices.
Backup and continuity
What appears to be backed up, who receives alerts, recovery priorities, and questions that require deeper validation or a test restore.
A practical operating review.
- Up to 10 users and 15 endpoints
- One primary organization and owner interview
- Common IT ownership and status review
- Prioritized findings in plain English
- Managed-service fit discussion when appropriate
No exaggerated security promise.
- Penetration testing or vulnerability exploitation
- Compliance certification or legal opinion
- Guaranteed detection of every weakness
- Remediation, migration, licensing, or repair work
- Forensic incident response or guaranteed recovery
Three responsible outcomes.
Improve the current process
The roadmap may be enough for the owner or current provider to address priorities.
Complete a defined project
Cleanup, migration, workstation replacement, account work, or documentation may need a separate scope.
Move into managed IT
When the environment and expectations fit, onboarding can lead into a clearly defined recurring agreement.
Tell Leon enough to evaluate fit before scheduling.
Submitting this form does not authorize access, create an appointment, or begin an assessment. Leon will review the organization, users, endpoints, location, business impact, and current arrangement before confirming scope and payment.
